These one on one sessions are set up to flow just like our classes do. Each day starts off with a general warm up, like 2 minutes on a bike or a short run to get the heart pumping. Then there is a specific warm up that involves more moving and stretching. Next, you will learn the skills for the day. This portion makes up a bulk of the hour. After you feel confident in the new movements we cap the day off with a little workout.

These classes provide a motivating atmosphere where the focus is on increasing core strength, endurance, and flexibility. These workouts combine functional movements including weight lifting, body weight exercises, rowing and running to increase overall fitness. ALL workouts can be modified for each individual.
While CrossFit improves your strength & endurance, so does yoga. The only difference is yoga is a purely bodyweight form of movement. Yoga helps to maintain muscle strength, which protects from conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis & back pain. Improved flexibility is one of the first & most obvious benefits of yoga. During our yoga classes we focus on parts of the body we used during the past week in CrossFit. This class is for both beginners & the advanced yogi.

Our kid’s classes are geared towards making functional fitness fun! All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers. With workouts that are scale-able, CrossFit Kids can equally benefit a child who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.
