10 x 3 (Increasing Weight Every Set)

Every 3 Minutes for 5 Sets:
5 Tall Box Jumps
10 Strict Handstand Push Ups
15 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

Scaling Options
L2 = (No Kipping HSPU) Ground HSPU, Scale KB
L1 = Regular Push Ups, Scale KB
