5 Rounds Not for Time:
10 DB Bicep Curls
10 DB Tricep Extensions
10 DB Pull Overs
10 DB Floor Presses

AMRAP x 10 Min.
10 Bent Over Rows per arm
20 Lunges
30 Sit Ups

Scaling Options:

Scale reps to finish without stopping.
For Example: 15 Sit Ups instead fo 30 if you can complete 15 without stopping but 30 will take you 3 sets.
