Minute 2: 15 Goblet Squats
Minute 3: 40 Russian Twists
Minute 4: 20 KB Swings
Minute 5: 20 Goblet Lunges

Scaling Options:
Scale reps to complete in 45 sec., giving you 15 sec. of rest every minute
